You are tremendously over-priced and raise your prices annually at an exorbitant rate. Furthermore, I have ALWAYS paid on time, and when I closed my account 15 days prior to the next due payment (through April 15) you do NOT offer a refund. I now know that is in the contract. Regardless, it is a terrible business practice. IF YOU WANT A FAVORABLE REVIEW, KINDLY REIMBURSE THE OVER - $300 I HAVE PAID YOU (for nothing).

The staff was incredibly friendly and it was easy to book a unit. When we had an issue with our first unit the staff took care of it. Our only issue is that we purchased at 5x5x8 unit and our unit is 3.10x3.9x8 which is quite smaller than expected.

The people at the front desk were all helpful and knowledgeable. CubeSmart Self Storage failed to mention any monthly insurance charge. The $42 month fee is misleading & it's just plain lousy business! After being at the location, learning the regulations & seeing my storage space I felt happy & ready to proceed with my unpacking my things from the car. Sadly, when the additional fee of $16 a month for insurance was sprung on me I felt manipulated. There surely was no free storage month, nor $42 a month for a 5x5 space. False, deceiving, simply not true!After paying an initial fee of $29 plus the storage insurance rate of $16 the "free" month is $45 !! That is not only NOT free but more than what I originally was told from the advertisement! Want to have better reviews be honest, not deceitful.

All is as advertised: price, cleanliness, helpfulness of staff.

CubeSmart is a serviceable company, but a bit more expensive than others.

Overall excellent facility and kind staff. Had to move because of rising costs over time and distance from my home. I would suggest getting more carts, there were many times on non-busy weekdays I was still unable to find a cart to load my things. It also took months before the door was repaired which was inconvenient.
