The increase in the monthly charge is too much. It is very expensive to have storage and I would tell my friend to try to sell the things or find other ways to store what you have.

In less than a year, I received large price increases. There should be an option to have the first year at least be rent stabilized. If that was the case, I would be more likely to recommend.
