Great service and very helpful people make my life very easy when they accept the packages and put them in the unit for me.

Everything is okay its just that in the long run its not worth it for a storage i got for 150 end up being 250 its a huge jump over the course of every 6 months I would rather go with the ones that have a fixed rate for atleast 2 years or so.

James was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, he was incredibly knowledgeable and truly took the time to understand my needs. His level of customer service is unmatched professional, patient, and genuinely committed to providing the best experience possible. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond the way he does. He definitely deserves a raise and all the recognition that comes his way. Highly recommend working with James!

Very Professional Service and Very Polite People

You are tremendously over-priced and raise your prices annually at an exorbitant rate. Furthermore, I have ALWAYS paid on time, and when I closed my account 15 days prior to the next due payment (through April 15) you do NOT offer a refund. I now know that is in the contract. Regardless, it is a terrible business practice. IF YOU WANT A FAVORABLE REVIEW, KINDLY REIMBURSE THE OVER - $300 I HAVE PAID YOU (for nothing).
