I requested a smaller unit because of financial hardship. I was given a new unit for $90 however three months later they went back up to $143. They check up their rates too often and too much.

I feel like instead of your rent increasing every six months from being a loyal customer to your company. We should get some type of discount. I’ve been with this company for more than eight years and my rent is sky high compared to a newcomer get the cheap discounted rent, and they may only be loyal to your company for one year or less

The reason for the score is because you have great prices you start off really low but the longer and more dedicated I am to this company I get penalized. My rent continues to go up over and over and over again when the newcomers that’s not loyal to the company get these cheap welcoming prices.
