The constant price increase is definitely something that will never make me refer to a friend or another person looking for storages. The company Public Storage is the best and never raises their prices on me. Had them before I decided to switch to CubeSmart, went back to them! Best decision ever.

The way you increase the rates at random with 20% increase over less than 6 months is very dishonest.

Reason is the aggressive price raise leaving customers feeling trapped !! Not cool it should be gradual not so aggressive

Needs more light, preferably a light in the unit even a small one. Location needs more carts.

Compared to other facilities in the area yours is cold in the winter, hot in the summer, not appealing and my rent has doubled since 2022.You're not worth it.
