Luigi your stuff went above and beyond. This was my 1st getting a storage unit and I had many concerns. We went over my concerns and he made me feel confident my items would be secure.

While the facility is fine, I found the price exorbitant and it was constantly going up. Our space more than doubled in price since we first rented it. We decided to cancel our contract purely based on price.

Lack of available carts when moving large items to or out of the unit. Not very convenient.

Reason? Their customer service and their prices. I came twice to CubeSmart in White Plains. The first time was to find a storage room that fitted my needs and Briana showed us around. She was so wonderful! Very kind, very helpful, very knowledgeable of the building. I came back 3 weeks later with 60% of my stuff and Brianna and her colleague were there. Same wonderful service. I moved in. Very happy so far.
