Management was very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely reccomend!!

Extra charges.... insurance, lock purchase and other fees made the cost considerably more than the rental itself. Just too expensive.

I rented and paid several days in advance. On the day we were supposed to go by the office to complete the rental there was no one there at 3 pm in the afternoon and there was nothing in the storage unit that was supposed to have the locks and other paraphernalia. I called the number that I had and no one answered and no one returned my call. Basically I paid a month for nothing.

Extremely difficult to cancel service, took months and multiple points of contact.

Because I got the same size storage 100.00 a month cheaper . I’d be a fool to pay those prices. I can tell I’m not the only one that feels that way I saw a few people doing the same thing I was doing clearing out and going somewhere more affordable.
