Started out at $89 a month with bluesky, gradually went up. Then was bought out by cubesmart i guess. Jumped up to $169 a month. Along with more sightings of dead roaches. Other areas offer far cheaper climate controlled storages.

Local office is great. Corporate is terrible.

The prices are asinine. The carts are falling apart.

Unit rental is too pricey, the facility is starting to deteriorate. Birds trapped inside poop on stored items in units with wire mesy top. Policy to NOT reimburse for unused days (clearing out before end of prepaid period) is a poor decision.

The remote access didn’t work. The gate code didn’t work. I had to call and be on hold with support on a Sunday. The unit itself is in a dark, unlit corner.

Storage immaculate, staff very friendly and professional.

Cube smart took over ownership of the storage facility I was using while a tenant with zero communication. All I know is I began getting payment notifications from a company I had never heard of. I thought it was spam. It took some investigation and phone calls to determine that it was legit since I’m out of town. I also found it strange that early on when I asked the office to add a second unit I was told it was easier and cheaper to do it online rather than in person.
