This was our second time renting from CubeSmart... and the second time we moved out. The rates are great when you sign up but they skyrocket a few months after. We found a very similar unit a little further away for half the new rate that would have been effective next month.

We rented the unit for $40 / month, but within 3 months our bill went from $68 to $117 to $140. This is an obvious bait and switch tactic that does not bode well for your customers. Otherwise the facility was great and clean.
