To expensive . Every year I got a price increase. As I looked around in there you had many empty storages, with all the village building going on I wound think this place would be sold out. So in my opinion your rates are to high. I’ve been with you from the very first day and saw all the rates go up

This was our second time renting from CubeSmart... and the second time we moved out. The rates are great when you sign up but they skyrocket a few months after. We found a very similar unit a little further away for half the new rate that would have been effective next month.
