Unlike some storage businesses, CubeSmart has people on the site to interact with when choosing a storage unit, and to assist in moving in and moving out. The unit we rented was in a very well kept location, and I felt that the items I had in storage were safe, and would remain clean.

The staff especially Leah was exceptional and very helpful.

I have had great customer service from the main office and excellent responses from the location team. They have worked with me and answered all my questions, making my transitions from one unit to the other very smooth.
