The people are great the property is clean however.The lighting at the property must be addressed. Night is dangerous because many lights are out or about to goOut which for someone who is epileptic can be dangerous and it triggers a migraine when I’m there. This need to e fixed

When we first got there the gate stayed open all the time. Later once it was “fixed” our gate access code would randomly work then not work. It’s very frustrating to be on a schedule and then have to call, prove who you are, and be given a temp code to get in. My husband went into the office for a resolution. He was told we had too many numbers in our code and they shortened it. It’s not like we picked the code, it was issued to us when we signed up. Still had random entry issues. During a winter storm, the road was ice. For almost 2 weeks there were units in the shad that stayed a solid sheet of ice. The office parking lot was clear but not our access to units. Driving by other storage facilities we could not find one that had not been cleared. Disappointing to say the least. It feels like no one works there. The roads were covered in leaves the 3 months we were there and it would have been nice for someone to take a blower and just clean it up. Our unit was constantly taking in leaf debris when the wind blew if we were there. Just not a feel good experience overall for the price we were paying.

Rude staff, last year almost the entire year the gate was open due to cheap owners that did not want to fix the gate. The contract states that the gate is to remain closed at all times and the gate only opens when clients press their code to get in!!! I wish I had the time to sue this storage for breach of contract. Cheap owners, terrible service. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
