The service once agin is outstanding

Everything was good until I called and spoke to Ashley at the Willow Grove location. When I told her I was being the lease she told me I was supposed to give her 10 days notice that the lease states this (it doesn’t) and to come remove my lock and come into the office to sign papers by 4:00. I left work 2 hours early to be there before 4:00: no papers to sign, when I I told her the 10 day notice wasn’t in the lease, she didn’t really care. I called customer service and Whitney showed the same discourteous behavior.

Overall I liked the facility, very clean, secure.Ashley in the office is a great customer service representative for the company. She was always friendly and helpful.

As soon as customers get into their unit, prices will start to increase astronomically. At first a person is given an ok offer on sizable storage then you start scamming and people will see the rate go up by $40, $50 over just a few months ..by the end you are charging people double what they paid coming in. You offer you $0 - perhaps a measley $10 discount to loyal customers, people paying for their unit for over a year. The skyrocketing prices will push customers out, so you can get the unit empty & do the same thing to the next person. The worst scam ever. So glad I got out! You will not see 1 more cent of profit from me.

Extreme price gouging. No fair price incentives or reasonable discounts offered to loyal customers. Greedy owners. I was glad I left.

Secure clean building with waiting dollies and a nice big storage area.

Safe, good lighting as well as great staff !!! Any questions it was answered immediately. I will continue to use this facility
