Because I was terminated due to a innocent accident that I wasn't aware of at the time and had no control. I wasn't given any consideration after being a loyal customer for 3 years with no other incidents. I also recommened three family members. After I was terminated and only given two weeks to vacate, I pleaded for more time since I just had spinal surgery and was in a lot of pain, again no consideration was given.I then realized why continue giving my bussiness to a company that don't appreciated their loyal customers. As my other family members now feel the same way. When I express that, I was told you didn't care. So I don't want to see anyone else get treated like I was.I am now much happier that I am out of there and giving my loyal bussiness to another company I must say.Keep in mind you are in a bussiness that are a dine a dozen this service is every where. So my advice is you need to learn how to treat your customers if you want to stay in this bussiness!!Good Luck,

I moved my belongings from Extra Space Storage because if their ever increasing price increases. Was very disappointed that your company does not keep prices as stated.
