Clean and easy in- easy out accessibility. Office was also clean and organized. Kenya was really helpful when needed.I would like to suggest that if a renter leaves “stuff” in the isles overnight or for several days, they should have to pay a fine. We arrived and were ready to move out on Wednesday but could not do the move because the aisle had so much equipment in it. I told Kenya about it and told her we would be back the next morning by 8 to start our move and expect that all the stuff will be gone ….. the aisle was clear on Thursday morning..

Price increase was massive in the middle of stay.

I never had to worry about how to access my belongings. The customer service that was given to me was very helpful.

Rent increase was unaffordable

We started with a 5'x8' unit for around $65. Then our price increased to $90 +. Then, our price went up to $117.60 per month. Finally, our unit was going to cost $144+ per month. I was able to find a 10'x4' unit elsewhere for $32.00 per month. They did not even make me purchase their lock or insurance. Your company made me buy a lock for over $20 and would not take it back, even though it will only be useful at CubeSmart. On the positive side, the attendant at my location was very pleasant and the building was clean, safe and well-lit. While your location was convenient, the place I was able to find was almost directly around the corner. I was also informed that my price would be the same throughout the time I keep the unit.
