You gave me a 10x10 for $90 per month. You kept raising that rent more and more until you priced me out at $180 per month, forcing me to sell a bunch of my stuff and downgrade to a smaller unit. But you had a smaller unit for $130 per month, great! I spent a whole day lugging all my remaining stuff across the whole building. Two months later, you raise my rate on that smaller unit to $225 per month. I had to sell a bunch more of my stuff, to get to a point where I could just cancel entirely. Also, you can hardly call the building "climate controlled" - it's just a slightly milder version of whatever it is outside. 100 degrees outside? 85 inside. 10 degrees outside? 25 inside. And figure out a way to fix your garage doors so they're not breaking every other month.

Very positive experience, in general. My only criticism is that the quoted price for the storage unit is not the true price I pay. There were add-ons. You need to make that clear up front.

Just rented a space, I can't recommend much higher until I've been there a few months and see how the facility looks, works and if any rent hikes are fair.
