This is a very busy facility and quite large. It is more than difficult to find a trolley for transfer of belongings. Staff can be hard to find for assistance. The most efficient part of my experience was closing out this account.

The customer service at this location is very poor, and not only that the location has mice, I had to leave a lot of things behind because it had mice droppings all over it.

I got my items out of the storage in January and I am still being sent these messages and you’re still trying to illegally charge my account. And the storage has been empty and locked turned in for months

My payment was due April 23rd made my payment a couple days in advance, however my daughter wanted to get a United and I decided to get a bigger one to share with her when I went to get the other unit and cancel the one i previously had the representative told me to come on Friday which i did. I meet someone else and when I did the transaction the day after my payment which was already made i was told that i couldn't get my money back and I think that was dishonest business. I would like to get the $72 back.

There was an issue with the power being out for 48 hours at the site. I called the call center and no one knew about the situation. I attempted callling and emailing the site manager, but there was zero communication. There should have been an email or text message about this situation. I only got a response after I emailed the CEO and the Board of Directors requesting help. Thankfully, the district manager promptly called me and within 10 minutes of her call, the power was restored. I should not have ever been in this situation and I definitely should not have had to go to the top leadership team to resolve this situation. Do better!
