I moved my belongings into the unit when it was under another company and $100 cheaper. My rent was raised without notice.March 2026. I wasn't even allowed access to my unit for 2wks due to you doing work on the building per the employee. I moved out of the unit on 4/4. I hey checked the unit it was clean and I was told that an email will be mailed to me. On 4/7 I get an email about a late fee. I called and they told me that it would be back dated for the 3th. The email was later sent on the 7th was dated for the 7th as my move out. Also theire was an issue with mice turds all of my belongings that I have to throw out or was

The employees who were working that day (Saturday) were terrific and they did everything they could to help me. However, it was an incredibly busy day and when I needed something I couldn't find them..mindful that they were running around helping so many others...not their fault. The place is huge and I had difficulty finding my space "again" because this massive storage facility requires a few turns and a change of floors. the map of floor three did not contain my unit as it was a 2000 number but easily reached on the third floor. The place was clean and neat.

Mismanagement, deceptive business practices, unclean facilities, incompetent staff.

Because I was late a couple times and my stuff never went up for auction.

No issues with storage unit

Tried to use tactics to steal business materials and license from storage. Using my car accident i just faced and being released from hospital because I visited the storage inwhich I paid previously for but never put anything in it. Lawsuits will be fiked. The women watch me beg and cry for my chikd pull ups and sanitary napkins and business license. Women heard laughing in the background.
