The facility is well managed, clean and well lighted. The manager on site was very helpful during our first visit and aided us in locating the unit and dealing with the assigned lock.

0 b because rat poop expensive for no reason had the smallest unit it was 150 bad service never there and unprofessional never again in my life good luck to anyone else

This is a very busy facility and quite large. It is more than difficult to find a trolley for transfer of belongings. Staff can be hard to find for assistance. The most efficient part of my experience was closing out this account.

The customer service at this location is very poor, and not only that the location has mice, I had to leave a lot of things behind because it had mice droppings all over it.

I got my items out of the storage in January and I am still being sent these messages and you’re still trying to illegally charge my account. And the storage has been empty and locked turned in for months
