The answer was because Cube Smart should have taking the time to let the existent tenants know that you would be the new owners , and that there would be price changes. And not have no one in the offices for three weeks to ask any questions. There are places that don't raise the cost every 3-6 months. especially after they have been there for a long time. I know its about money but, good serves are First.
