Nothing about your company was good and the service was terrible. You never invested in the infrastructure and mice and rats were everywhere and yet rent kept going up!Amoral regional manager. Change in monthly payments

I was not told that the facility was in a flood plain and prone to flooding. Over the course of 18 months the rate actually doubled. There are better facilities in the immediate vicinity.

Clean and hassle free

Easy to rent unit and accessibility is excellent. Staff are helpful and professional. Response to questions quick and the website is easy to navigate.

Good customer service.

Very clean storage. And the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable about the process of moving in and out and the units that best fit your needs. I particularly would like to thank Emmanuel for his kindness and effort. And Ms. Roberta thank you for all your help! You are amazing!!!!

Substantial increase in monthly rate

This review is for the location at 111 Danbury Road, Wilton, CT, 06897. The salesperson helping me was friendly, knowledgeable, and had great customer service. He explained everything, and it was easy to understand. The facility was clean and safe.

I like that particular facility and the staff are very helpful. But the exorbitant price increase every 6 months (sometimes over 20%) make the units prohibitive so we've found a place that's also climate-controlled that's half the price with incredibly modest annual increases.
