Also Marian was good and friendly at the checkoutThe storage is nice and cleanBUT the reason I gave this valuation is for the frequency of price increases and the high %.I tried to discuss the matter with headquarters but the lady that answers me was professional but not friendly / helpful,

The main reason was that your price increase happened too soon and too much. And then it went up again, and in January was going up again.

I find it to be poor business to up the cost of a unit 25-30% even before a year- while offering a new customer that same space for less than half of the increase for existing customers- the only reason I moved out- literally into another cube smart location-- make it make sense
