Although all storage companies do this, ramping up rates at a ridiculous pace forces customers out. Should have a contract option in place for long-term customers vs those needing only short-term storage.

The facilities are excellent, great place to store your goods. The reason for my 6/10 was our price went up about $150 in 2 years with them. I went from paying $120 total a month to a little over $250 a month.

I have a 10 because it was super easy to use, I had no issues with getting in contact with the facility, they had just about every size and the customer service was great. Even though I didn’t actually use the storage unit I did appreciate the easy, fast and thoughtful service. If I ever need another storage unit I’ll come here also prices were very affordable and family friendly.

They are pleasant to work with and are very helpful
