Low o rice to start went up after a couple of months.

The staff was great and easy to work with. Convenient location. Easy payments.

The interior was clean when the door was first lifted. There are critter boxes so they don’t enter the units. The traffic areas are kept clean. All questions are answered efficiently.

Could not have been easier - online ordering was quick and efficient, unit was prepared in advance. Access was very easy. Accommodations met and exceeded expectations. Conveniently located to move my daughter out of Shenandoah University. Ended up misplacing keys but onsite staff were there and ready to help remove the lock for final pack up. Would definitely use them again!

I like the idea that the storage is in the ground. It was easy to off load everything quickly. Emily took care of us and I really appreciate her help in getting us situated.
