Very happy with our experience. Mona is amazing. The help we received from this friendly professional while navigating such an unfamiliar environment was truly invaluable. The storage unit is quite far from the entrance, which is a little difficult for me to manage alone, BUT its doable for now and very helpful. It's clean and I like that the ceilings of the storage area my unit is in go way up! Feels nice to have that open air with the halls. The carts that are there are VERY helpful to have! Has been a 10/10 so far!
