I will never store my items with CubeSmart again. From the flooding in the facility, to the crack in my unit floor that was remedied with spray foam I was given and have to utilize myself, to the random price increases for no reason, to the lack of working security devices to the absolutely pathetic customer service this is hands down the worst place I have ever stored my items. Pair that with the fact that we were told the day we moved out that we were not allowed to dump our trash in the CubeSmart dumpster behind the facility. Horrible. You lost a customer and I will tell my friends not to store their items there either.

The people working there were very helpful and friendly. The cube I rented was clean and convenient. Its location is easy to get to.

I set up my new storage unit, paid for it etc all online. It was super easy. Once I went to cubesmart the lady at the desk was super friendly and helpful with directions to my actual unit. I also got a welcome phone call after securing my unit online and when I arrived at my unit there was everything I needed in the welcome bag including my lock. The place was clean and well organized. I am very impressed at the ease of getting this unit. Best company ive been with this far!
