Staff is very professional. Unit is reasonably priced for the size and location is convenient. Space is kept clean inside and out!

Michael and Carlos were wonderful in helping me reserve my storage unit and finalize the lease. Michael kindly walked me through all the access details and we were able to successfully move our stuff into the unit without any issues. We've only been in the unit for a few days but, based on my experience so far, I would recommend them to other users.

The team at the Winston Salem location (I think their names are Carols and a Michael but not sure) are incredibly terrific in every way possible. Super helpful, accommodating and went out of their way and above and beyond to help me while I was there

The general manager quoted me a rate to move to a smaller unit. After arranging movers and even starting to move he said I needed to sign some more paperwork. The paperwork had a completely different rate. Then he lied about quoting me the rate and was incredibly rude. Never been treated that way before and he was lying.

Safe and flexible storage options

When I first opened the storage unit I did online. A young lady sitting in office did not offer to show me where unit was at. I explained it was my first time there and I didn’t know where anything was located. She handed me my lock and keys, but no offer to show me.

The experience was great except for the steep price hikes throughout my time renting the unit.

Easy to do everything online

The manager was very kind and knowledgeable when showing the unit. He also took care of me in a reasonable amount of time. Service was great.
