Your location is convenient. Your manager Michael Knight is SUPERB!! However, you value new customers over your current ones - constantly increasing prices to your current customers. I valued you, you didn’t value me.

There is a gentleman that works there. His name is Michael. He is so kind and knowledgeable about the units and the area. This guy has shown kindness many times to myself and my family by answering our questions in a thoughtful and courteous way.

Staff is nice nice and it is convenient. I feel like place is clean and there are always carts to use.

Sonya was very friendly and explained everything with the unit.

It served my purpose

I had the storage unit for close to 4 years. The price raised multiple times with no improvements to the storage unit. The lights took forever to come on. Usually I was half way down a dark hall before the lights would kick on. Elevator is to slow. I ended up going with AAA storage. Same size climate controlled unit and I'm saving over $90.

Micheal and Sonya treated us Carla and I , Collette Chalmers as Family from the moment we came into the building. They answered all our questions with confidence. We will refer others to this business.

Sonya was extremely helpful and able to get the paper work done quickly. The facility is conveniently close to us and easy to access. We were able to move our things in easily with the help of their carts near the door.

It was clean and conveniently located. Also, the staff were friendly.

The storage unit was really nice. It kept my thing safe for any water damage or heat damage so that’s really great cause a lot of other places do not do that in your stuff ends up with water damage or heat
