Mold on my boxes. Dead Roaches in my unit. New GM refused to let me talk to the DM. New GM EXTREMELY rude to me every single interaction I had with him without a man there. Awful experience.

Convenience of the location

Carlos was so helpful! Safe place and also I like that they have the carts available.

Michael is absolutely amazing at helping you decide what size unit to get. I was going to get a one large unit but Michael asked me what I planned on putting in it and after I told him, he suggested I get a small unit and a medium size unit as I had planned to use the one large unit to go in and out of. He is not pushy but instead he makes decisions that are what is best for YOU the customer and is always available to reach. He made the process extremely easy and explained everything clearly that I knew that I made the right decision in not just choosing CubeSmart, but the location that I chose all due to Michael. 5 stars to Michael!!!

The manager, Michael, has been amazingly thorough and kind about keeping up with our status. He is also easily contacted.

Even after I paid online and later realized we will not be able to move anytime soon , I was still not offered a refund.
