The facility and staff are great. I think it’s ridiculous to raise the rate on long term renters every couple of months.

10 for the facility itself but 1 for the jack up in price. So 5 is the happy middle.

Marco was extremely helpful! He gave us a complete tour and was very clear about pricing and payments. We met Jai on move-in day.

It was such a good experience, really easy to navigate. Maybe would help if there were more trolleys for when it’s busy. Also maybe have signs up to say we’re the storage units are, like for instance arrows point this way for numbers etc as it’s like a maze and can easily get lost

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility is immaculate and well kept. Unit was clean and a checklist of the cleaning of unit was left for me to know it’d been handled.

I had a very disappointing experience with this business. The customer service at the front desk was unhelpful and unpleasant to deal with — I was given misleading and incorrect information multiple times. On top of that, the fact that they don’t offer a prorated rate when leaving is unreasonable. Overall, this was one of the worst business experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
