Non responsive to emails or phone calls. Trying to get insurance fee removed and no one will respond to me. I called the main support line and was told to email store0858@cubesmart.com, I then received my monthly invoice with the fee still showing and called to inquire. No answer, left voice message, no call back.

This place is a complete mess. I've had all my units broken into, locks cut off and or drilled. No security. Filthy. Homeless haven. Poorly run.lots of stuff stolen. EUnsafe.expensive

Kept raising my monthly rent until I was paying more than double what I started with. Facility often had shady people who looked like they were partially living out of their beat up cars and storage units. Random dog often wandering around when I went to my storage unit.

No complaints on operation just hate how you offer deals to attract new customers while loyal customers bill continue to rise

Nice clean storage facility

CubeSmart was perfect. They give you all the tools you need to manage your payment and account. The storage unit was clean and convenient. I felt like my stuff was safe and secure as was I whenever I need to access the unit. The staff were friendly and professional. It was a great experience overall.
