You are a bunch of predators. Price hikes in the middle of a contract, just despicable behavior.

The building was nice, I thought being on the 4th floor would be inconvenient but it wasn’t at all. My rating is low because water was leaking through the roof onto my belongings and I had to throw out multiple items that grew mold, including a brand new $400 rug. I only had my unit for 7 months and the amount of mold was irreversible. I previously had a storage unit with another company for 3 years and none of my items had mold. Very disappointing.

You went up on my rent over $70 a month for no reason other than you can do it. Also, the manager of our CubeSmart was extremely rude. We dreaded interacting with her. The bathrooms are also locked!! You have to walk to the office to get a key and then walk back to return the key. At that point I could just use the bathroom in the office. There are also no trash cans available. This is a place where people are moving things. Inevitably there are pieces of paper, tape, etc to throw away. This is very inconvenient.

The location I utilized was always clean, brightly lit, well maintained with air conditioning. It was staffed during daytime hours and communication both in person and online was excellent.

This is my first time renting a storage unit and the process was smooth and easy making the reservation online to the checkout process. My unit was available immediately. I also got a discount for signing up online.
