Fair prices. Clean and well maintained location. Christina, the person who assisted me through the whole rental process, was a pleasure to deal with; very friendly and polite, patiently answered all of my questions, and kindly showed me a couple of empty units so I could better be able to visualize the size unit that worked best for me.

The whole process has been so smooth. From making the reservation online, to fielding my questions by phone, to checking us in and touring the facility, everything has been so easy. The staff have been personable and quite helpful. The facility is clean and safe.

My price went up over $100 in 14 months. Thats the reason why I left.

Within four months of renting the space price went up close to 50%. You never see anyone in the office anymore. They even closed off the water fountain outside. I called about the rate increase, someone said they would check into it and call me back,... I never heard anything back from them. I will tell others about our experience. I would not recommend CubeSmart.
