The monthly fee's have went up exponentially.

On site personnel during business hours, someone living on site in case of emergency. Friendly people.

Because the longer you rent your storage unit and are a loyal customer, the more cubesmart raises your rent and charges you more money, like a penalty for being a loyal customer. This storage does repair or fix any any non-working doors or door latches short of spraying penetrating lubricant which doesn't last long. Most or all of the doors on these unit at this facility needs to replaced due to their age.

Have been either Cube smart 15 years. Did auto pay. Cube smart raised my monthly rent to over $300. And new customers were at under $100

Very nice and helpful staff

I paid 2 months rent for a unit I could not use because it did not have a secure wall to the adjacent unit and the garage door is bad and very hard, very difficult and almost impossible to open and close. The staff here is great but the owner refuses to fix the doors, refuses to effect proper repairs.I have another unit that I have rented here for 8 years and cannot open the door to get to my unit. I am tired of changing units to find ine that has a good working door.

Not having a covered loading/unloading area is a drawback.

My rental fee increased from $320 to $388 starting in January 2026. That is a 21.25% jump and initiated our efforts to move and donate items in order to vacate. That large increase this year made our decision.

I had no issues and the staff was helpful and friendly.
