Christina was the friendliest and helpful customer service rep. I have encountered in a long time.

Within four months of renting the space price went up close to 50%. You never see anyone in the office anymore. They even closed off the water fountain outside. I called about the rate increase, someone said they would check into it and call me back,... I never heard anything back from them. I will tell others about our experience. I would not recommend CubeSmart.
