We were there for over 12 years and liked the space however it became to costly, with no incentives for being a long term renter or any reduction for paying a year in advance.

Ease of access, particularly having the gate open and close with the app. Unit was clean and accessible. Friendly and helpful staff.

Other tenants had rat droppings. A/C was bare minimum. Never felt it kick on ever in my many coming and goings. Exit with vehicle off the lot was a pain having to get out of the car to punch in the key code for the gate to open. I feel a tag reader works better. Not enough carts to transport property. Bathroom was always locked. There's much room for improvement.

Had an issue with mice that ate through my bags and left their waste there as well .After letting the Manager know about it they foam covered the 2 places that the mice were using to get in and sprayed as well .Other than that everything else was fine . Would rather store my things in an outer storage unit than an inside one in the future .

While Jay and Maira were very nice and kind, CubeSmart Corporate STINKS! People are in a difficult situation if they have to store their belongings. CubeSmart Corporate raising my rate 25% for January 2026, when I had only signed up in August of 2024. I cannot even express my ANGER and DISGUST! CubeSmart thought I'd just swallow the increase.NO, even though it has cost me money I don't have, I found a storage company that put in writing that my rate would be locked in for nine months. CubeSmart does the bait and switch, lured me in with a low rate, and told me that the rate would be good for a year. Then turning around and raising my rate from $128.00 to $161.00. WHAT THE HELL!!!Not only that, my boxes were cockroach and rat free. On moving my things out, two of my boxes had been chewed through by rats. The back wall of my unit was infested with these HUGE cockroaches. I'm hoping they haven't completed infested my boxes in my new unit that is clean.I haven't had the opportunity to write up my review of CubeSmart on Google, but I will. I will make certain to warn people of CubeSmart's greed. Bottom line, CubeSmart DOES NOT add value to a storage unit. It's a storage unit, it doesn't get bigger or gets padded or anything. Sick of greedy corporations squeezing customers. SHAME ON YOU!
