We had a good experience with everything. The only thing that was a little annoying was the rate increase yearly. We started at around $150 and ended at $201. If it was a less of a yearly increase that is understandable but it seemed excessive.

Super easy to rent the space and they closed out the unit even before I contacted them because they were paying attention to me moving my stuff out. Seeing the unit cleaned and emptied they saved me the time to do it. I will use you again once moved because of that.

The question was not directed at winter Speings location. We went to 2 CubeSmart locations in Villages and would not recommend those. We would recommend Winter Speings location.
