My rental fee increased from $320 to $388 starting in January 2026. That is a 21.25% jump and initiated our efforts to move and donate items in order to vacate. That large increase this year made our decision.

We were there for over 12 years and liked the space however it became to costly, with no incentives for being a long term renter or any reduction for paying a year in advance.
