Friendly staff. No issues occurred. Very understanding and letting me know the layout of the building at the beginning of my time there.

When you changed from Treasure Island to Cube Smart the place went into decline. Very little cleaning, and the place became rodent ridden. Security couldn’t be maintained bevy the doors were always broken or even left open. No bathroom access most times, then having to call for someone to come open the door to wash your hands or use the bathroom was too much when you really need had to. In til we decided to clean out the unit, we didn’t see anyone cleaning. Also there used to be music and the climate was better controlled.Glad to be leaving, especially with the over priced rent.

The area upstairs was much cleaner before CubeSmart.
