Nice environment. Sometimes the elevator was out or I had to hunt down one of only 3 carts available. Many people do not return them to the front. Also, the price had gotten too high so I had to get out. I had hoped for a partial refund as I was out 10 days after I was billed. You certainly could have rented it that same day, meaning no loss revenue for you.

Both myself and household members have had storage units at your facility over the years, but this is the first time I saw such an enormous and concerning amount of rodent traps during a recent visit to my storage unit.
