I moved out but a charge was still sent to collections after I called cubesmart prior to moving out Toni form them I was moving outMoving out needs to be smoother . Also the prices are always going up over a short period of time

Shirley and Shirley were so friendly and helpful. They had amazing customer service and helped me with my questions on insurance and also found me a more convenient unit based on my needs. Both made the process very easy.

I love the place , it's climate control, the people there are really nice.I had a small unit n needed a bigger one and the transition was so fast, it was amazing and the hours are convenient.Thanks

Mice infestation, no rental reimbursement for damaged items that were eaten by the mice(urinated n feces everywhere). I'm still waiting to hear back from corporate.
