I love the place , it's climate control, the people there are really nice.I had a small unit n needed a bigger one and the transition was so fast, it was amazing and the hours are convenient.Thanks

Mice infestation, no rental reimbursement for damaged items that were eaten by the mice(urinated n feces everywhere). I'm still waiting to hear back from corporate.

I couldn't open my storage unit and I forgot her name came up and helped me and gave me a new one

Rats Rats my storage had lots of evidence of them. I had no food in my unit. The hallways floors were very dirty and there was traps everywhere every isle. The elevator did not work it was dark and scary. The price of the storage went up without notice. My nose hurt from the smell of the rodents. There was a lady living there.
