Very good customer service at the front counter

Because the people at the office at the actual storage unit say things different than the customer service number. And then the people at the office say the people at the customer service don’t know what they’re talking about. And I don’t appreciate having to pay for two weeks of storage when I wasn’t going to use it. The woman on the phone said I had two weeks of a reservation, but when I got to the storage unit I had to pay that day
