Obtaining a unit was a little hard. But the dude at the front desk was super helpful which I appreciated.I paid twice though and lost my deal. The storage with the T bar from the HVAC takes up too much space so I wanted to change it.

Well the customer service is very good at there job he's very helpful and dose a great job at seeing that the person get the best that's can be offered he dose a very good job and im glad I choose cubesmart

The hours are so limited. If you have a full-time job, the only time you can really access the unit is during the weekend. And I found a 5'x5' space in LIC closer to the subway for only $49/month.

When i took it, it was a lower price and then became way higher. There isn't any reimbursement for unused time
