Too expensive and then raise the price after a few months by $40 for a unit with no temperature control or electric. Did not clear the area after snow fall.

The woman who works at that location was super helpful. I had an issue with access and she went out of her way to assist me. Really made me feel heard. Excellent customer service.

I was unhappy with the very poor snow removal. My movers were clear that they would not go through ice/snow and there were a lot of units that were snowed in.(Note--this was Thursday 2/19/26) I expected to have better access to my unit.
