This was by far the easiest process for renting a storage, the cleanest building I’ve been in as well! I did go there a few weeks ago to check it out, the guy there was friendly, showed me around and really explained everything 100%

My limited experience with CubeSmart has been positive.

The place is very clean and the prices are good

The hours of operation are great, always clean, trolleys available to transport your goods from your car/truck to your storage unit and vice versa, doorways to the storage units are large, usually a staff member on duty. BUT, the rest room was always dirty and usually locked up...not at all convenient or pleasant!!!

Jon was great! He was friendly, professional, helpful, and very patient.He noticed I was having issues opening the storage door, on camera. I struggled with it for a few moments before he immediately came up to assist!

First time renting and the Manager was very friendly, helpful and patient. The place was very clean.

The facility was most convenient to me. The staff is very friendly and helpful.I never compared pricing to other storage companies so it’s hard to compare. But I will always mention Cubesmart to others for the positive experience.

We felt the prices were high and getting higher for what we were getting. Often, the garage doors were out of commission for one reason or another. The location appeared to have 3 doors, but most of the time, one door was out of commission. There is only one type of cart available. Some objects would be more movable with a different type of cart. An extended bed mattress is a good example of the carts failing to do the job. The floors in the units looked clean but had some type of grey dust on them that stained some of our belongings.A recommendation I would make is to have some type of "Occupied" signal outside, so when a customer pulls in to visit their unit, they know what door to open. I opened doors at times with my Ap, only to find it was occupied by another customer. I hope this helps.

Facility is fine. Terminating the contract was terrible. I called to inform them I no longer needed the unit and asked did I need to sign anything or was my verbal termination adequate. I was told that i did not need to sign anything. I was billed for 3 more months
