For one yall keep raising the prices! Second instead of fixing the price yall decide to kick me out! Also im supposed to have 24 hour access never can get in after closing hours! I always gotta deal with crackheads and junkies at the door sleeping can’t get into the doorway! They wonder around all hours all of my units were broken into from the top! It’s ridiculous even the office makes complaints and higher up does nothing! I’m finding a better storage place for my stuff and I’m done with yall! Uhual is horrible to rat infested place never again

Old and smelly but people where very very nice had basement unit. Musty kinda damp too.

Very easy to set up and the facility was great. Appreciated the local team contacting me that they noticed we had moved out and if we were all set to close out. Highly recommend

The people are very friendly and everything went smoothly once a unit was booked. However, booking a unit was a little annoying since at the start of April it looked as if I could book a month prior, but I ended up not being able to book until a week in advance. Overall had a lovely experience though
