While I paid a reasonable t rate when I first started renting, the rate has gone up a lot.

I moved out and closed my account today and wanted to leave ANOTHER review after about a year of storing at this CubeSmart location. Keith, as well as any staff I have interacted with, have been friendly, kind, and helpful time after time. The grounds have been maintained at a professional level -- always, ALWAYS clean. I felt so comfortable storing items there that were important to me. I couldn't recommend this location enough! I've stored at other places before, but the Granville Rd location is genuinely above and beyond. Thanks for taking great care of me and my belongings!

The facility is fine. But the price is exorbitant. A 10x20 now costs $192 a month -- I found the same size locally for $100 per month.

The property manager went above and beyond to help make my move possible!

Cost prohibitive with continued rate increases

MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY HAVE BEEN TELLING ME FOR SOME TIME.... WHY ARE YOU NOT CLEARING OUT OFYOUR STORAGE??? ESPECIALLY WITH SUCH PER SQUARE FOOT RATES....I WILL BE PAYING CLOSE ATTENTIONTO STORING FROM NOW ON, AND NOT LET THIS HAPPEN AGAIN!!!!!!!!.....

Good location for me, good rate, and the property manager is friendly, courteous, and helpful. Sign up was easy.
