Rented online, showed up to move in an found the unit infested with rats. Rat droppings all over. Facility didn't have any other 10x25 units available, except for the unit right next door, which was also rat infested.Requested full refund of my deposit, still haven't received it. I'll give it one more day, then if my deposit isn't received, I'll post a scathing review on Google and Yelp.
