Ease of moving in and out (signing up online, lock was placed in the door for us, code emailed, and Dollies were readily available the day we moved in), and there were no surprises with pricing changes after we moved in. The facility was clean and well maintained, and obviously well supervised as the desk asked us if we still needed the unit less than 24 hours after we moved out.
