I gave the score above, because Manager Andres Duran was so helpful, polite, Very professional, informative, and went the extra mile explaining everything i needed about the storage Uniti. Mr. Andres Duran made this move smooth, nice,and pleasant for me. The tour he gave me was so helpful & thorough he was so patient with me, and answered all the questions i had until I found the perfect size unit. He really made a difference. I am happy I had a positive experience. Andres has great Customer Service Skills. He is an asset to your company. The other employees were also friendly and helpful as well. Thank you Andres. This is why I will recommend to family and friends.

Management was very helpful in escorting me to my Cube. The cube (and the environment) was organized and very clean.
