I am a bit disappointed with cubesmart's idea of temperature control.it is very humid border line damp. my initial impressions is that of walking into a damp basement.the sales person informed me that the humidity is due more to the hot weather. he also informed me that once the weather is less hot, the storage facility is much more less humid.if the humid conditions remain, I will consider finding another location or another brand.I am hopeful that cubesmart takes the necessary steps to reduce the humid conditions at my location.

Mr. Andres Duran made this move smooth, nice,and pleasant for me. The tour he gave me was so helpful & thorough he was so patient with me, and answered all the questions i had until I found the perfect size unit. He really made a difference. I am happy I had a positive experience. Andres has great Customer Service Skills. He is an asset to your company. The other employees were also friendly and helpful as well. Thank you Andres. This is why I will recommend to family and friends.

Management was very helpful in escorting me to my Cube. The cube (and the environment) was organized and very clean.
