Great employees, ease of access, priced competitively

Never got notified of rate increases, increases were too frequent and astronomical. I moved to an upgraded facility for a third of the price and quadruple the benefits. The online pay system malfunctions and the surcharges are ridiculous.

Although staff are phenomenal and very helpful and knowledgeable…the pricing is astronomically unfair; especially for clients with longevity.

The facility is outstanding. The staff goes above and beyond, but the higher management team and the corporation does not care about customer satisfaction. All they care is about their bottom line. They’re constantly raising the fees, making it impossible to continue to store there. Instead of treating good customers with Rewards they treat you by overcharging you if you’re gonna use Storage, you need to go to a mom and pop place. It’s unfortunate because empty units don’t bring revenue.
