I left becuase you raised my rent 83%. How could I possibly recommend you when you raise the price by gross amounts. I am a business and if you would have been reasonable, I would have stayed. I have had units for 9 years. I am not going anywhere unless you force me....which you did

Early on was good. You got too expensive.When I took my stuff out , there was rat poop and some of my stuff was destroyed

The price was very low to get me in the door and then went up alot every few months

Never got notified of rate increases, increases were too frequent and astronomical. I moved to an upgraded facility for a third of the price and quadruple the benefits. The online pay system malfunctions and the surcharges are ridiculous.
