The first thing is the rental price acceleration... you raise it too much and too often... keep the raises to 5% or less once per year to really more long tern tenants. Basically, please allow for the people's salaries to keep pace with the increases you implement.The storage are is supposed to be environmentally controlled space... however, the low temp is too low (below 65 F) and the high temp is allowed to go too high (over 75 F)... So please do your best to maintain the space no colder than 65 and no warmer than 75.

The constant price increases with no added value shows the greed of the corporation.. supposed to be climate controlled yet I had to have moisture cans in there and still had mildew on stuff...

The rental cost has skyrocketed in the last 2 years

I think it is disgusting that we were loyal customers for 10 years and you continuously raised our prices every single year. We went from paying $99 a month originally to where you wanted to charge us now $459 a month for the same space that new customers are getting for $99 a month. When I asked if we can get that rate, you told me that we would have to move all of our things out of the storage unit into another unit. This is terrible customer service I would never ever recommend your company to anybody.

I started my initial move in, in early 2021. The price was right and I moved into a 5x10 cube. Than after a couple of years I needed to downsize and Cube Smart again was able to accommodate me with a good price for a 5x5 cube. I was happy that I was able to stay at the same facility when I needed space. Thank you Manager.

employees are very very personable & knowledgable

The facility was fine. A bit of an odor but generally dry and OK. There should be more carts available and loading areas, but otherwise OK. The staff was helpful. But the huge increase in costs was horrific. I understand giving introductory rates for new customers, but when existing clients are asked for over 2x the price for the same unit, that's ridiculous. It drove us to leave. For a short term rental, you're fine. But for long term storage, without lease options, we would not recommend.

Clean, pretty easy to access, good deal as long as I get stuff out pretty quickly
