First, let me say that the staff at the store are great - helpful, responsive, courteous.My problem is with price gouging. I was a CubeSmart customer for 10 years. Each year my rental fee went up excessively, far higher than the rate of inflation. This year, for example, it went up 14%, which has been typical. I then call to ask for a reduction, and I get a few percent taken off but the increase, this year, is still 10%, more than three times the rate of inflation. I am extremely happy to have finally been able to move out of the unit and close out my account.So no, I will not be recommending CubeSmart to anyone. In fact, if asked, I will advise strongly against it.

Frequent price increases made the unit unaffordable and found cheaper storage at another facility

U care more about the bottom line than the customer ur pricing people out of their hard earned money .the GM cares more about her lining her pockets . U price people out of cube smart one day it's gonna b empty.

Everyone I talked to at your regional customer service staff and the staff at the local location I chose were amazing. They helped me with grace and kindness. No question went unanswered or made me felt like I was bothering them. Just a great experience.

I was using the storage during my move from North Carolina, but I got sickand decided not to move.

Way too expensive--you doubled my monthly cost in 5 years. at least one of my files is corroded from water exposure.
