I really loved that I could do it all online. It was very simple and easy to follow. And love that I can go into it whenever I want. I just didn’t like that mine unit was inside a door and I couldn’t prop the door

Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The facility is clean, and the rates are competitive. The reservation process was simple and efficient.

I wish the price hadn’t increased so much, but i cannot speak highly enough about the cancelation and signup processes being so simple. Very few companies will simply let you sign up and cancel any type of lease or subscription without jumping hoops and having to show up in person. If I was to get another storage unit, I’d consider cubesmart again.
