The unit leaked and my belongings were destroyed.

The staff is great, but the storage facility is sub-par.

My furniture and appliances were destroyed by water damage, mold, and mildew due to a leaking storage unit. The movers I hired to help with the move-out refused to finish the job because the unit was contaminated with rat and mouse droppings.

Overall experience has been very good --- online reservations, process etc. However, a significant downside is that as I reserved a single garage size storage, I expected the garage door to be single garage size also. All storage spaces along the row (6000 ---) were of the same size with same size door, except the one assigned to me (#6050), which has a strange narrow door unlike any other storage I saw outside, while the inside space is single garage size. This made it more challenging to move my furniture and other items to the storage space. CUBE SMART should have disclosed this oddity to me when I made the reservation.

Excellent customer service. Great storage area that keeps your items just brand new. Also amazing employees . They always went above and beyond to help by all means .

I like that it was easy to go and come. Also my stuff was safe guarded.
