My storage unit was great for storing stuff: clean, pest-free, loved the inside unit, and hours of access the unit were very reasonable. When I needed to talk to staff, they were super friendly and helpful.The reason I would not recommend is the frequent and large price increases. Just about doubled from $160 to almost $300 in the short time I had the unit. Looking online, new 10x10 units at your facility are renting for about $175. So why I was I paying so much??? Terrible idea to soak your existing members for so much as a "reward" for their loyalty.

Although I am very satisfied with my decision to rent storage space with CubeSmart, it is unlikely that this subject will come up in conversations with my friends or family - hence the median score. The score is not a reflection of the level of my satisfaction with CubeSmart; rather it is just the way the question is phrased.

Your rent increases are rapacious. If my landlord raised my rent by $50-75 every 6-9 months, I'd haul his ass to court so fast his head would spin. Going from $249/mo to $428/mo over two years for no improvement in service or value is goddamned outrageous. Whoever implemented your rate increase policy is a criminal and needs to report to jail. I will recommend against your services to anyone who will listen until I breathe my last.

Easy to work with. Only negative is they do not prorated monthly fee. I was 1 day late because there office was closed on the day I cleaned out the unit so I incurred a full month $94.
